Want to go on tour but not sure how? We’ve got the rest covered. We have decades of experience in the live entertainment industry and know what it takes to build and execute a successful tour. We’ll take care of all the details so the only thing you need to focus on is giving the fans what they want… a great show.
BOOKING
Need tour dates and routing? This is one of our specialties. We look at all the data and figure out the best cities to hit. We don’t use third party promoters. We go straight to the venue and book everything ourselves. This puts more money into the pocket of the artist. We fight for every penny and make sure we negotiate the best rates for you.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Fans are bound to have tons of questions before and after they purchase their tickets. We provide accessible, around-the-clock customer service so that your fans always have someone to talk to if they need anything.
CREATIVE
One of the most common questions we get from talent when we talk about building a tour is “What would I do on stage?” While some creators have a very specific vision they want to bring to life, others prefer to work with our team of Creative Directors to come up with a cohesive storyline to their stage show. We promise you’re going to love the product that you are putting out to your fans.
TRAVEL
No need to worry about booking flights, hotels, trains, etc. We’ll coordinate everything and tell you exactly when and where to be. You won’t have to come out of pocket for anything.
MERCH
Tours and merchandise go together like peanut butter & jelly. You can have one without the other, but you’re just not using them to their full potential. Optimizing your tour merch strategy is a great way to extract every dollar from the limited time frame you are on the road. We have years of tour merchandise experience and can help you through this process. We will work with your existing merchandise partner to make sure this side of the business is running as efficiently as possible. If you don’t have a merchandise partner, we can introduce you to some of our friends.
BRANDING
We have a team of talented designers who will work with you to create the aesthetic you want to bring to life. Whether you simply want to use certain colors, or want to mimic your favorite album cover, we can provide you with beautiful assets to promote your tour and brand. And it doesn’t stop with social assets… We can customize VIP laminates and Step & Repeats so the brand lives on after the show is over.
TICKETING
Tired of using inflexible ticketing systems that you don’t allow you to do basic things? Our ticketing platform is fully customizable and can be built in directly to the tour website so the customer doesn’t have to be rerouted to an unfamiliar webpage. We handle the ticketing which means we can give you real time results and changes on the go.
STAFFING
Already have a tour in the works and don’t need the full bells and whistles we can offer? We have an army of Tour Managers and staff that we can call on to handle any type of event you can think of.
FINANCES
Not only do we cover all costs of the tour so you don’t have to come out of pocket for anything, we keep a strict record of every penny spent and are fully transparent so you know how much the tour will cost.
